We're recruiting for a Regional Coordinator – Aged Care Services to join a respected local government organisation based in Darwin, supporting aged care delivery across multiple remote communities.

Your new role

  • Assist the Regional Manager in coordinating aged care services and team operations
  • Support WHS reporting, timesheet management, and data compliance
  • Maintain care plans and budgets aligned with CHSP and HCP funding
  • Prepare and submit mandatory reports using industry portals
  • Deliver in-house training to ensure service consistency and compliance
  • Contribute to policy development and handbook updates
  • Participate in training and development opportunities

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability) or higher
  • Strong understanding of aged care systems and service delivery frameworks
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proven time management and ability to work autonomously
  • Cross-cultural awareness and understanding of First Nations issues
  • Current C Class Driving Licence
  • Ability to obtain a NT Working with Children Clearance
  • Willingness to travel to remote communities
  • Criminal history check required (relevant convictions only considered)
