Primary Objective

Support the HR & IR Manager in delivering efficient, people-focused HR services. You'll play a key role in HR administration, recruitment and onboarding, performance development, and general HR support across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, performance, and offboarding.
  • Assist with training coordination and compliance.
  • Provide responsive HR administration and maintain accurate HRIS records.
  • Support policy implementation and performance management processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure confidentiality and compliance with WHS standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development.

  • Salary: $85,472.70 – $90,678.00 pro rata (excl. super)
  • 6 weeks annual leave (pro-rata) with 17.5% leave loading
  • Annual pay increases under the Enterprise Agreement
