Where you'll be working
The position is responsible for providing administration services that supports the District Respiratory Protection Program and Occupational Staff Health Service (OSHS) for Northern Sydney Local Health District. This will be carried out by assisting with enquires, scheduling appointments, liaising with key stakeholders to confirm information, entering data, extracting reports, managing HPRM records, and managing the shared email account for the program.
What you'll be doing

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills, and experience working in a professional and flexible manner in a customer service capacity with a range of health staff members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in administration procedures, including scheduling, bookings, document management, creation of reports, management of equipment and ordering of supplies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, and develop meaningful reports around this data, and ability to write clear and concise communications in response to enquiries.
