Marketing Manager – Performance & Brand

Full-Time / Part-Time | $80k–$100k | Narellan / Southern Highlands | In-Office

We're a fast-growing group with three thriving businesses: fibreglass pool manufacturing, pool installation, and self-storage solutions. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to drive campaigns, build brand awareness, and deliver measurable results across all divisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead marketing strategy across multiple businesses.
  • Run and optimise Google & Meta Ads to generate leads.
  • Drive SEO and content marketing to boost organic traffic.
  • Manage social media and ensure consistent brand presence.
  • Create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.
  • Track performance and provide insights to guide business decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing with growth goals.

About You

  • 2+ years in marketing management or performance marketing.
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO.
  • Proactive, creative, and data-driven.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brands and priorities.
  • Experience in trades, construction, or property industries is a plus.
