Marketing Manager — Tea Republic (Sydney)

Lead the brand, not just the campaigns.

Tea Republic is a premium brew-to-order bubble tea brand with stores in Cabramatta, Mascot and Eastwood — and a flagship Barangaroo store opening soon. We're searching for our first Marketing Manager: someone who will own our entire marketing function and guide the brand's growth across Sydney and beyond.

This is a full-time role with the scope to shape strategy, lead execution, and directly influence the future of Tea Republic.

What you'll do

  • Brand leadership — define and evolve our positioning, tone, and look-and-feel
  • Campaigns — plan, launch, and measure store openings, product launches, and seasonal activations
  • Digital & social — manage IG, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu/WeChat; build content calendars; lead creative direction
  • Creative production — oversee posters, store decorations, menus, digital ads, and video/photo content
  • Website & CRM — manage updates, promos, loyalty/membership communications, and email/SMS campaigns
  • Analytics & reporting — track ROI, acquisition costs, and engagement; present insights to leadership
  • Leadership — mentor junior/part-time staff and coordinate agencies or freelancers when required

You'll thrive here if you

  • Have 5+ years marketing experience, ideally in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Can manage both strategy and execution — you set the vision and roll it out
  • Are fluent in Canva/Adobe, social media management, and comfortable briefing agencies
  • Understand digital ads, SEO/SEM, and performance metrics
  • Are hands-on, creative, and excited to work across stores to keep the brand consistent
  • English fluency essential; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
