The Role

We're looking for a clever, ambitious, hands-on marketing manager who's passionate about innovation and eager to make an impact in uncharted territory. This role is ideal for a rising star with 5–8 years of experience in B2B technology marketing, who loves learning fast, experimenting boldly, and helping launch Australia's next generation of AI-enabled enterprise solutions.

About you

You are a strategic thinker with a strong bias for action, equally comfortable in creative brainstorming and executing high-impact campaigns. An exceptional communicator, you can translate complex technical concepts into clear, human-centered messaging that resonates with business audiences. You bring proficiency in marketing automation platforms and analytics, coupled with a data-driven mindset and curiosity about AI, automation, and digital trust.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Agentic AI and MCP go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Product, and partners.
  • Plan and run multi-channel B2B campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, content, digital) to drive awareness and qualified leads.
  • Deliver executive roundtables, pilot launches, and co-marketing initiatives with partners like AWS, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, and OpenAI.
  • Develop and manage AI thought leadership content, including whitepapers, case studies, and partner assets.
  • Build and optimise digital campaigns, translating complex AI topics into engaging stories and measuring performance with data.
  • Experiment with innovative channels and formats, aligning campaigns with sales pipeline goals and reinforcing InfoTrack's AI thought leadership.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, AI, RegTech, or enterprise technology.
  • Track record executing go-to-market campaigns or launches, ideally in partnership with sales or ecosystem partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and demand generation.
  • Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven sectors (legal, finance, government) is highly regarded.
