What the day will look like

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead a team and be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing and Aon Growth Process strategies for Aon and/or its business units. This leadership role requires advanced marketing expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships with executives and cross-functional teams.

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support growth objectives for Aon and its business units.
  • Act as a marketing liaison and trusted advisor for executive leadership and other key internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to drive measurable business results.
  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to design and deliver complex marketing projects from conception to completion.
  • Analyze diverse sets of data and business situations, drawing actionable insights and recommendations that impact business operations.
  • Provide consultative advice to internal and external senior leaders using in-depth marketing and business expertise.
