Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and objectives.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior to enhance the online experience.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with sales, product development, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Build relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.
- **Brand Management**:

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
- Develop innovative strategies to elevate brand recognition and loyalty.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: $77,611.58 - $103,093.12 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
