About the role:
As an experienced member of our AOS (Outsourcing) team, your job will involve:

• Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll across AUS for a range of different industries.
• Meeting strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
• On boarding new employees.
• Preparing the calculation of termination payments.
• Processing workers compensation, PAYG payments and superannuation.
• Banking payments and trust account reconciliations
• Replying to internal and external client queries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports as required.
• Co-ordinate with and review work done by, the junior team

About you:
The qualities and qualifications we're looking for include:

• 2 to 5 years' experience in payroll processing within Australia.
• Ability to work to tight time schedules.
• Experience using payroll software such as Keypay, Cloud payroll, Xero.
• Intermediate level user of  Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of awards, NES and relevant legislations will be an advantage.
• Willingness to learn.
• Your attitude, dedication and willingness to work as part of a team will be paramount to your success in the role;
