Are you an experienced dealership administrator ready for a fresh opportunity in Melbourne's North East?

We're working with a well-respected and long-standing dealership group seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join their central admin hub. This is a key role supporting both sales and accounts, with plenty of room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accounts - Receivable
  • Support/back up for accounts payable & deal processing
  • Providing general admin support and helping the office run efficiently
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline daily workflows

What They're Looking For:

  • Previous admin experience within an automotive dealership (deal processing, AP/AR, etc.)
  • Computer Literate - familiarity with ERA/Pentana DMS essential, Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Exposure to general ledger reconciliations is a bonus
  • Strong attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry with the ability to multi-task and organise
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
