We are seeking a professional and passionate Chef to join our team.

Position: Chef

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: 1000 Ann St

Salary Range: AUD 75,000 – 85,000 (depending on experience and skill level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ingredient quality and cost control
  • Design and update the seasonal menu every three months
  • Ensure kitchen efficiency and food safety
  • Oversee scheduling and task allocation
  • Maintain consistency and creativity in food presentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in professional kitchens (Japanese cuisine preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
