About Us

We're looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

The Role

As a Senior CDP, you'll take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring every dish leaving your pass meets our exacting standards. You'll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver seasonal menus, mentor junior team members, and uphold a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee your designated section with precision and efficiency.
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest quality.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Support and train junior chefs and apprentices.
  • Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas.
  • Ensure stock control and minimize waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP in a high-volume or fine-dining kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practices.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
