State Government Agency Contract**
Adelaide CBD | Full time, 6 months | $43-$46 per hour
We are seeking a Business Administration Officer to provide administrative and financial support to a busy branch based in the Adelaide CBD. This is a six-month full time contract with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial tasks such as journals, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and reporting
- Assisting with audits, investigations and project work
- Preparing documents, taking minutes and supporting branch operations
- Liaising with internal teams, external contractors and stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Administration and finance experience in a large or complex organisation
- Strong skills with accounting systems and office software
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work independently
- Clear communication skills and a practical, problem-solving approach
Details:
- Adelaide CBD location
- Full time, six-month contract
- $43-$46 per hour plus super
