Hi, I'm Bec, Co-founder and Managing Director of Progress Pathways.

Over the past 3.5 years, our small but mighty team of 12 therapists has built three thriving practices across Kedron, North Lakes, and Burleigh Heads.

We're lifelong learners, dedicated to helping families achieve meaningful progress while working together to provide best-practice care. Now, we're excited to welcome 1-2 Speech Pathologists to our Kedron team.

Is interested in developing cutting-edge skills in video interaction intervention to enhance child communication outcomes

Wants to specialise in supporting children under 12, providing comprehensive care that extends to their families

Enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team of paediatric allied health professionals, leveraging collaboration to deliver optimal care

Our Story

Founded in 2022, Progress Pathways has always had two goals:

About the Role

We're seeking 1-2 Speech Pathologists to join our Kedron team, supporting children under 12 years.

Your work will include:

Understanding each family's needs

Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments

Implementing tailored therapy plans, including video interaction interventions to empower families

Building strong, trusting relationships with families

You'll have autonomy to design your caseload and schedule, backed by unlimited CPD and career development opportunities as we grow

Registration
– Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia, with eligibility to work in Queensland.

Communication & Collaboration
– Strong ability to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Commitment to Growth
– Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.

Diversity & Inclusion
– Experience working effectively with diverse clients and team members.

Additional requirements:

Graduates
– a genuine desire to build a career supporting children in a private practice setting (paediatric placements advantageous).

Speech Pathologists
– Experience supporting NDIS participants, including report writing, is highly valued.
