Are you a Speech Pathologist looking for meaningful, flexible work without the commute or pressure to work in a clinic environment?
We're looking for a friendly, skilled and enthusiastic clinician to join our team as a telehealth therapist
We are currently looking to expand our clinic-based services to support more families, Australia-wide.
Why You'll Love Working with Us- 100% telehealth – work from the comfort of your home, anywhere in Australia.
- Flexible hours – you set your availability to ensure you have the perfect work-life balance.
- Paediatric caseload – work with children and families who value collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Strong admin support – your only administration task is clinical notes. We'll take care of the rest
- Supportive team culture – regular check-ins (online, or in person), including access to mentoring and all of our electronic resources.
- Competitive contractor rates + admin support + resource access.
- Provide evidence-informed, family-centred telehealth speech pathology services to children and adolescents.
- Deliver therapy in areas such as speech, language, literacy, AAC, and parent coaching.
- Collaborate with families and other team members to support functional outcomes.
- Work autonomously while feeling connected to a supportive team.
- Access clinical supervision, PD opportunities and shared therapy resources.
- Are a qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA membership as a certified practicing speech pathologist (or eligibility).
- Have experience (or a strong interest) in paediatric practice.
- Are confident or willing to be trained in delivering therapy via telehealth.
- Embrace neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices.
- Value flexibility, teamwork, and kindness.
- This position would be ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and families living in rural and remote areas
- Contractor position — work from the comfort of your own home
- Flexible hours (minimum commitment negotiable).
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Admin support, clinical resources and supervision included.
- Start date: Flexible — we'll work with the right person.
If this sounds like the next step in your career, we'd love to meet you
Send your CV and a short cover letter to the subject line "Telehealth Speech Pathologist – Contractor".
