We're seeking a strategic and commercially astute Procurement Manager to join our APAC team. This is a high-impact role managing over USD 100 million in annual spend across five countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager – APAC, you'll lead procurement initiatives across complex categories such as subcontractors, plant and equipment, MHE, transportation services, and CAPEX. You'll drive value through strategic sourcing, supplier performance, and contract management, contributing directly to profitability and sustainability goals.

This role offers flexibility to work hybrid, with occasional travel to regional sites and team collaboration hubs as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead sourcing and supplier management across indirect spend categories.
  • Deliver savings initiatives and track performance against CAPEX plans.
  • Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and systems (e.g., Coupa, Zycus).
  • Support implementation of the Preferred Supplier Program.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across APAC.

About You

You're a procurement professional with:

  • An appetite to change the status quo
  • 5+ years' experience in procurement management. Logistics experience is preferred.
  • Proven success in greenfield or transformational procurement projects. You'll be shaping the commercial approach to these new categories.
  • Experience in either creating, leading, implementing or building on existing category strategies.
  • A CV that shows you can deliver tangible value, keeping stakeholders onside in the process.
  • Experience with contracting, change management, and procurement systems.
  • Ideally a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or Science (CIPS desirable).
