**In this role, you'll**:
This is an opportunity to joint Transport for New South Wales and enhance your Procurement skills by establishing contract arrangements for infrastructure projects aimed at delivering value to the people of NSW.

Work with and partner with internal and/or external stakeholders to plan, develop, source, and advise on various infrastructure procurement and contract arrangements.

Support the Procurement Manager and/or Senior Procurement Officer throughout the entire Source-to-Contract process, adhering to best practice procurement principles—Plan, Source, Manage. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing procurement strategies, preparing RFx documents, evaluating tenders, executing contracts, and overseeing post-award activities.

Provide expert support and advice in developing and implementing effective procurement strategies that improve procurement activity and performance in compliance with relevant policies, standards, procedures, and frameworks.

Work with the larger team during each procurement and contract activity stage to ensure effective administration of all procurement processes and compliance with all procurement policies, processes and procedures.

Advise on the tender process whilst liaising with suppliers to ensure they provide cost effective and efficient services to the customer and are compliant with contractual obligations.

This is fixed term opportunity up until 16/07/2025. There may be an opportunity to extend.

The role will be based at our Macquarie Park office, on a hybrid working arrangement approximately one or two days a week in the office.

**About you**

You are an experienced Procurement / Contracts Officer with demonstrated experience in the source-to-contract process.

Your skills in procurement, planning and reporting will see you excel in our complex organisation.

You have a strong attention to detail and bring a strong sense of organisation and time management to successfully support the delivery of a quality procurement support service in a high-volume customer setting.

You put the customer at the heart of all your decision making and will play an integral part of improving the services we provide our customers.
