Imoova is the world's largest relocation marketplace, partnering with over 180 companies across Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Europe and Japan to move vehicles through our platform. We're seeking a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our of expansion of our relocation and new pro driver program. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team while driving our entry into key international markets including the United States, European Union, South America, and Middle East. The ideal candidate will be an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives on scaling operations, developing new market opportunities, and establishing Imoova as the go-to solution for vehicle relocation services globally.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and mentor a team of 2.5 junior and mid-level sales professionals
  • Set clear performance goals, targets, and KPIs for the sales team
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and professional development planning
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance sales culture

Global Business Development

  • Drive business expansion across key markets: United States, European Union, South America, and Middle East
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for each region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at rental and fleet companies globally
  • Identify and pursue high-value partnership opportunities

Sales Operations & Process Development

  • Implement and optimize a CRM system (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Create standardized sales processes, workflows, and documentation
  • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, and training materials
  • Establish sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics frameworks
  • Design and implement lead qualification and nurturing processes

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales operations
  • Experience with CRM implementation and sales process development
  • Strong background in international sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to rental, fleet, or transportation companies
  • Multilingual - French / German highly desirable
  • Previous experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or automotive industry

Working Conditions

  • Must be comfortable working early mornings and late evenings to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones (US, EU, South America, Middle East)
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet clients
