About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded Marketing Activation Manager – Pharmacy ANZ to join our Health & Medical team to lead pharmacy channel marketing across Australia and New Zealand.
You will play a pivotal role in driving brand and product activation strategies tailored to the pharmacy channel. Reporting into Marketing Manager ANZ, you will be responsible for delivering sales and profitability targets, shaping category strategies, and ensuring our products are optimally positioned to meet customer and shopper needs.
This role offers much more than traditional marketing - it brings a strong commercial focus and the opportunity to make a real impact. You'll support pricing, manage product changes, and work closely with key players in the pharmacy channel.
With plenty of variety, this role calls for someone who can prioritize with confidence and understands the unique pace and complexity of pharmacy. You'll collaborate across banner groups, wholesalers, our agency partners, and a passionate sales team to help bring our products to life for the people who need them most.

What You Will Do:-
Lead category management initiatives to enhance core product ranging and on-shelf visibility.

Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.

Drive sales and profit growth through effective assortment, pricing, and promotional planning.

Coordinate below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities and integrate them with broader communication plans.

Champion a category management mindset, contributing to pricing, promotion, merchandising, and customer marketing strategies.

Manage allocated advertising and promotional (A&P) budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.

Gather and apply insights from customers, shoppers, and the market to inform strategy.

Build strong relationships with professional bodies and key stakeholders in the pharmacy sector.

You bring a deep understanding of the pharmacy channel, paired with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is motivated by making a meaningful impact. Ideally, you will have:

A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in channel marketing within the pharmacy sector

Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A data-informed, solutions-focused approach with a track record of delivering results

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease

A collaborative spirit and a proactive, can-do attitude

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency in English

A valid driver's license with access to a car
