**About the Team**

We are recruiting a 1:1 Marketing Manager role for one of Australia’s largest big box retailers, an iconic brand with over 48,000 employees and hundreds or stores across Australia & New Zealand.

**About the role**

The 1:1 Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping our client’s customer engagement strategy, focusing on utilizing marketing technology for that much needed personalisation. More specifically, you will also:

- Develop and project manage market-leading, customer lifecycle programs
- Own the end-to-end omni channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving sales
- Have a data driven approach to analyzing marketing trends & using that to drive improvements to our client’s 1:1 marketing strategy

**About You**
- 5 years experience in 1:1 marketing, or a similar role
- Omni-Channel experience
- Martec knowledge, as well as a strong understanding of marketing data analytics

Other advantageous (but not mandatory) requirements include experience with Braze CRM, intermediate HTML, experience with digital channels (particularly EDM) and an agency background will be highly regarded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
