We're Hiring – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

To help lead this next chapter, we are seeking an experienced
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to join our leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal role covering operations, fleet, compliance, and people management. With the founder stepping back from day-to-day operations, it's a unique opportunity to join a well-established company and make a lasting impact.

We're looking for someone with:

Senior leadership experience (COO/GM/Head of Ops level)

Rail, construction, or heavy industry background (highly regarded)

Strong compliance and fleet management skills

A hands-on, people-focused leadership style
