About the role
Cavpower is seeking a mechanically minded Product Support Services Representative to join our team and take ownership of key customer accounts across South Australia. If you understand the ins and outs of construction equipment maintenance and thrive on building long-term relationships, this is your opportunity to represent one of the most respected names in the industry.
This role is all about helping customers keep their machines running at peak performance. You'll be on the road, working closely with clients to deliver tailored parts and service solutions, support maintenance planning, and drive product support campaigns that add real value.
Key responsibilities of this role
- Managing a portfolio of construction clients and understanding their equipment needs
- Promoting parts, service, and rebuild support solutions
- Identifying growth opportunities through market research and customer feedback
- Maintaining accurate customer and equipment records using CRM tools like Texada
- Supporting marketing initiatives and contributing to campaign execution
- Advising clients on maintenance schedules and service planning
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service
- Reporting on competitor activity, lost sales, and customer satisfaction insights
- Providing backup support to the team and collaborating across departments
About you
- A solid understanding of construction equipment and general maintenance requirements
- Sales experience in parts, service, or product support (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a structured approach to account management
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
