We currently have opportunities for passionate Sales Consultants to join our business in our Heinemann Sydney International Airport store.

Vacancies:

Arrivals - PT Sales Consultant (22.5 hours) - Tuesday - Friday AM shifts

Gate Stores - FT Sales Consultant (37.5 hours) - Monday - Friday AM shifts

Departures - FT Sales Consultant - Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionery - Monday - Wednesday AM, Thursday - Friday PM shifts

• FT Sales Consultant - Beauty - Monday - Friday - PM shifts

Sydney Domestic Airport T2 - FT Sales Consultant - Fashion - 1st week AM shifts, 2nd week PM shifts

**Fixed Roster is subject to change depending on business needs

As a Sales Consultant you will

• Deliver exceptional customer service experience, being enthusiastic and a strong communicator
• Able to build rapport with people quickly, taking time to listen and understand what they are looking for with the aim of providing recommendations that suit their needs
• Have the ability to understand and interact with people from various cultures simultaneously
• Be a team player that is committed to achieving personal and team goals
• Have to maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence
• Ever so often help restocking shelves and be able to lift weight

What you should bring along

• Previous experience within fashion retail
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong communication skills
• Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work Airport Retail hours
