We are looking for an experienced outgoing and enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our sales team based in Minchinbury, NSW.

About the role

As our Sales Consultant, you will meet with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend tailored home improvement solutions from our extensive product range. You'll focus on helping customers choose the right options to suit their style, budget, and lifestyle — while driving strong sales outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct in-home consultations and accurate site measurements
  • Recommend solutions based on customer needs and budgets
  • Prepare and present proposals with confidence and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth project delivery

About you

  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills (essential)
  • Experience in the home improvement industry (desirable)
  • Eye for detail and practical problem-solving
  • Passion for outdoor living and design
  • Tenacious, driven and highly motivated professional
  • Thrive in a team culture and understand the importance of teamwork
  • Availability to work flexibly from Monday to Saturdays
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a well-maintained vehicle
