We're a fast-growing startup with big ambitions—and we need someone who can take our social presence viral.

The Role
We're looking for a Social Media & Growth Specialist who lives and breathes social trends, growth hacking, and viral marketing. You'll own Chompy's social channels end-to-end, from creating thumb-stopping content to engineering growth loops that turn casual scrollers into raving fans and loyal users.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, facebook, and emerging platform.

  • Create and publish engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness, installs, and community growth

  • Identify growth hacks, viral trends, and creative hooks that can 10x our reach

  • Experiment with content formats, hooks, and storytelling to maximize engagement and virality

  • Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to align campaigns with growth goals

  • Monitor analytics, optimize performance, and report insights on what's working (and what isn't)

  • Build and engage a community of health, fitness, and AI enthusiasts around Chompy

  • Work on paid ads (meta ads, google ads, tiktok ads)

  • Outreach to content creators for collab opportunities.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience growing social media accounts to large, engaged audiences (show us your wins)

Deep understanding of growth hacking, virality mechanics, and trendspotting

Creative storytelling skills with a knack for short-form content

Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other growth channels

Data-driven mindset: you thrive on testing, iterating, and scaling what works

Passion for health, fitness, or AI is a huge plus
