Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in construction industry.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong PDF skills (preparing forms and signatures).
  • Prior experience in handling and processing Payroll.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist both Director and Operation Managers with day to day administration task.
  • Manage company's email and inboxes.
  • Handling clerical duties.
  • Provide reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients or visitors.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and maintaining certification records to ensure proper compliance with construction industry.
  • Input and tracking data.
  • Payroll duties - Collect hours from supervisor and Log up workers hours on jobs (Tuesday mornings Fortnightly).
  • XERO Manage invoices, statements and bills.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

This position is office-based, full-time from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Half-hour lunch).
