Qualifications and Experience:
- Prior experience in administrative support, preferably in construction industry.
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong PDF skills (preparing forms and signatures).
- Prior experience in handling and processing Payroll.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Assist both Director and Operation Managers with day to day administration task.
- Manage company's email and inboxes.
- Handling clerical duties.
- Provide reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients or visitors.
- Ensuring proper documentation and maintaining certification records to ensure proper compliance with construction industry.
- Input and tracking data.
- Payroll duties - Collect hours from supervisor and Log up workers hours on jobs (Tuesday mornings Fortnightly).
- XERO Manage invoices, statements and bills.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
This position is office-based, full-time from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Half-hour lunch).
