Pizza Chef : Wood-Fired Pizza Specialist

Full-Time 5 days per week (rotating roster, enabling 7 day trade)

Ristorante Cavallino is looking for an experienced Pizza Chef to join our team. We specialise in authentic Italian wood-fired pizza and are seeking someone who can bring passion, skill, and consistency to our busy kitchen.

What you'll do:

  • Hand-stretch and prepare pizza dough to the highest standard
  • Cook pizzas in a traditional wood-fired oven
  • Prepare toppings and sauces, keeping your station clean and efficient
  • Work with the kitchen team to deliver smooth service
  • Contribute ideas for new and seasonal pizzas

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Pizza Chef (wood-fired preferred)
  • Skilled in dough preparation, proofing, and hand-stretching
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong teamwork and reliability
