The Carrington is a hidden gem of Surry Hills, located on Bourke St, serving your pub favourite food with a variety of beers, wines & cocktails. It features both indoor & outdoor dog-friendly spaces, we are the go-to local for a drink alongside your furry best friend and great for small to large functions as well. With a variety of fun activities throughout the week, there's always something to keep things exciting.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of your section, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in every dish. You'll work closely with the senior kitchen team to deliver exceptional food, while mentoring and supporting junior chefs. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
