Social Media and AI Marketing Manager / Executive Chairman's
Assistant

who wants to bring new energy, ideas, and momentum to our Corporate Advisory business. 

This is not a typical hybrid role. Think of it as part digital storyteller, part strategist, part right-

hand support to senior leadership — where your creativity, curiosity, and execution skills all matter equally.  

What You'll Be Driving (75% Social Media Marketing & Research)

  • Build bold, AI-powered campaigns that stand out to our target clients using LinkedIn,

email campaigns, Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and more.
- Shape a short-form content strategy that connects with our customers and sparks

conversations.
- Lead the way on social commerce integration, bringing innovation into how investors and clients engage.
- Master privacy-friendly tools like Google's Enhanced Conversions.
- Draft client specific pitch presentations.
- Create fresh influencer partnerships that enhance our brand impact.
- Use AI tools to uncover insights, fuel research, and optimise campaigns for maximum

impact.

How You'll Support (25% Executive Assistant Duties

  • Keep our Executive Chairman on point — managing calendars, travel, and logistics.
  • Translate complex ideas into presentation decks and polished briefing notes.
  • Be the trusted link between our team, clients, and partners, bringing professionalism

and finesse.

Who You Are

  • A digital native with 2+ years' experience in marketing, creative strategy, or agency roles.
  • Obsessed with creating scroll-stopping content on LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
  • Skilled at turning AI trends into practical wins for campaigns and research projects.
  • Experienced in performance tracking with a privacy-first mindset.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to be creative and provide executive support.
  • Curious, energetic, and excited about blending creativity with the world of finance.
  • Interested in our core business of food, beverages and agriculture, including enjoying fine food and wine.
