THE OPPORTUNITY
Formee Express is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic
Social Media Manager
to contribute to the social media and digital marketing activities of the business. We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, possesses both digital marketing experience and strong stakeholder management skills. You will have the opportunity to work independently managing internal social media team and a portfolio of influencers, as well as collaboratively work with the wider Digital Marketing and Design team to create and produce work being published on our social channels.
This is an exciting and diverse role that will harness your creative skills as well as your communication and stakeholder management experience
What day-to-day activities look like:
Planning and developing of social media campaigns.
Crafting compelling content or getting it developed.
Posting content across social media accounts including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn.
Engaging with customers and followers on different channels.
Analyzing running campaigns.
Being on top of the latest social media trends.
Content creation: You will have the opportunity to come up with ideas of what to post and publish on our social channels, having direct influence on our social media calendar.
General maintenance and interaction on these platforms with our audience who comments and shares our content.
Working with a broader design team to collaborate on visual content deliverables.
Video production and direction: You'll get to be creative and work hands on with content shoots.
Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
Ad hoc marketing responsibilities as required.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field.
- Minimum 3 years social media and digital marketing industry experience with organic and strategic marketing especially on Meta platforms and TikTok.
- Experience as a social media manager or a similar role
- Understanding of the ever-changing digital landscape and how to best engage with the right audience.
- Ability to work within a wider team and collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Organized and able to multitask.
- Experience filming and editing content for social media is preferred but not essential.
