We're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Yatala, supporting the Sales Manager – Northern Region and playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you'll be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers. You'll manage orders, respond to product and pricing enquiries, and provide day-to-day support to our sales and operations teams.
Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and passion for great customer service will help ensure our clients receive the outstanding experience AL-KO is known for.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately using our ERP system
• Provide product, pricing, and stock information to customers and the sales team
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery processes
• Support the Sales Manager – Northern Region with sales admin and reporting
• Maintain product knowledge and assist customers with technical information where possible
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction

What You'll Bring
• Previous experience in customer service or sales support (automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sector ideal)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Pronto, or similar)
• A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
