Proudly offering an Australian-made product of the highest quality, Aqua Fresh provides, supplies, and installs a wide range of water filtration and purifying products across Queensland and Australia. With 33 years as a retailer of water filtration products in Brisbane, Aqua Fresh is known for its extensive knowledge and friendly customer service. Customers can get products delivered to their door or pick them up in-store, and Aqua Fresh also carries replacement filter cartridges and offers installation services in Alderley and the Greater Brisbane Area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Assistant, located in Alderley. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries and needs, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. Daily tasks will include answering customer inquiries, providing product information, processing orders, managing returns or complaints, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about Aqua Fresh products. This role requires working closely with the service and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Secondary Role

The successful candidate will learn from the ground up and will back fill service techs when on annual leave. the role has a career path that could lead to management.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Customer Support skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the water purification industry is a plus but not required as all training is provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent - with good math and spelling
  • Ability to learn fast
  • driver's license a must - P's considered for sensible drivers
  • experience with Excel, Outlook - email, word desired
  • Myob experience a plus but not essential
  • good typing speed
  • A good phone manner and confident approach
  • Some weekend work required after competency is complete
