Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  • Experience in Customer Support, with a focus on resolving customer issues and providing solutions
  • Proven track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive or technology industry is a plus
  • Relevant qualifications in Business, Customer Service, or related field
