We are currently seeking two highly organised and empathetic individuals to join our team in full-time Administration Officer roles:

Branch Based Administration Role (South of River)

Located at one of our Perth metro branches south of the river, this role offers stability and consistency in a single location. As first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll provide exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.

Relief Administration Officer (Multiple Locations)

This dynamic role supports 8 branches across the Perth metro area, from Fremantle to Westminster, Cottesloe to Midland. It is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and can adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate with sensitivity and respect in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate records and support general office operations
  • Demonstrate flexibility and empathy in a client facing environment

Additional Responsibilities (Relief Role):

  • Provide full-time administration support across multiple locations
  • Adapt quickly to different systems, procedures, and team environments

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years' administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail & strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication & teamwork capabilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & general office systems.
  • For the relief role: experience working across multiple locations & flexibility for short notice coverage
