Reception / Office Administrator

Baracus Pty Ltd operates across two exciting industries — hospitality and exploration. Based in our West Perth office, we support a team of ~20 employees and multiple companies including TheViewonHannans in Kalgoorlie and Tambourah Metals a mining exploration company.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Reception / Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our business and provide vital support across reception, administration, HR and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities- Reception Duties: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, manage mail and deliveries.
- Office Administration: General admin support including filing, data entry, scheduling, travel bookings and office supplies.
- Team Support: Provide assistance to Directors and colleagues across both the hospitality and exploration businesses.
- Strong computer literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Previous office or reception experience is desirable, but entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Professional phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.
- Full-time role with flexible working hours available.
