We're looking for an experienced and motivated IT Service Performance Manager to lead the way in managing and improving IT service delivery across our department. This is your opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and management of IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT Service Catalogue aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using performance insights and data analytics.
  • Champion transparency, accountability, and service excellence across the IT function. 

About You

You're a proactive and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of IT service management frameworks and performance measurement tools. You bring experience in managing vendor relationships and service contracts, coupled with a collaborative mindset that enables you to influence and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. Your commitment to continuous improvement and delivering customer-focused outcomes ensures you consistently drive service excellence and innovation.
