Role Overview: The Office Manager oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the office, ensuring smooth business functioning and efficient support for management and staff. This role is responsible for coordinating office procedures, supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, and supporting the overall operational effectiveness of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate and oversee general office administration and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supervise and support administrative and clerical staff; allocate tasks and review performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage office budgets, accounts, and expenditures, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with financial procedures.
  • Oversee procurement and maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities.
  • Prepare management reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
  • Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and company events.
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g. IT, HR, accounting, contractors, suppliers).
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR record-keeping processes.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
