We are currently seeking a Risk & Compliance Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. Reporting to the National Risk Manager, this role supports a consistent and effective quality and risk management framework across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accreditation reviews and compliance audits
• Monitor and manage the policy and procedure framework
• Track, report, and support quality and risk improvement initiatives
• Assist in the implementation and review of risk management systems
• Manage customer and stakeholder feedback processes
• Support strategic continuous improvement programs across departments
• Ensure consistency in policy documentation and control processes
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits
• Maintain quality registers, databases, and documentation
• Identify and assess food safety risks in line with HACCP principles
• Evaluate data to produce accurate and actionable quality documentation
• Conduct national oversight audits as required by clients
• Report key risk management issues to senior leadership
• Investigate incidents and recommend risk mitigation strategies
• Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Regularly update risk management policies and safety protocols

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a quality and risk role within logistics or a similar industry
• Solid knowledge of Quality and Risk Management principles
• Ability to engage and motivate teams towards continuous improvement
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• HACCP experience essential; internal audit accreditation highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing risk
