About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented QHSE Coordinator to join our Sydney team In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to person for all things quality, health, safety, and environment. From maintaining ISO certifications and leading safety inductions to driving risk assessments and supporting sustainability initiatives, you'll help ensure our people, processes, and environment are set up for success.

Working closely with site leadership, you'll champion a culture of care, compliance, and continuous improvement—keeping our workplace safe, efficient, and future-focused.

About You

You're passionate about creating safer, smarter workplaces and thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments. You have experience with QHSE systems, enjoy solving problems, and take pride in raising standards. A confident communicator and natural collaborator, you know how to influence others and lead by example.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining and improving our quality systems and ISO certifications.
• Coordinating internal audits, reporting on metrics, and supporting corrective actions.
• Leading health & safety inductions, training, and committee activities.
• Driving risk assessments, incident investigations, and hazard management.
• Supporting environmental programs that align with our sustainability goals.
• Building strong internal relationships and embedding MCC's core values every day.
