We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations across our hospitality spaces.
About the RoleAs Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the club during your shift. You'll lead front-of-house staff, ensure compliance with licensing and safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service to our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise bar, bistro, and gaming operations
- Lead and support staff during service
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, and WH&S regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Manage cash handling, stock control, and shift reporting
- Maintain a positive and productive team culture
- Previous experience in hospitality or club management
- Current RSA and RSG certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Availability for a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
