We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, providing essential support in managing reporting obligations, regulatory lodgements, audits, student data, and overall RTO compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment, demonstrate strong analytical and administrative capabilities, and possess a keen eye for detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the maintenance of compliance with ASQA, CRICOS, ESOS, and related regulatory frameworks.

  • Assist in reviewing and updating policies, procedures, and internal compliance documentation.

  • Monitor trainer files, student records, and delivery and assessment tools to ensure they meet standards.

  • Prepare and maintain evidence for internal and external audits.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

  • Assist with data reporting to regulators and support the implementation of quality assurance processes.

ABOUT YOU:

  1. Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role within an RTO or CRICOS-registered provider is highly desirable.

  2. Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information.

  3. Excellent attention to detail.

  4. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
