We are seeking an Office Administrator to play a key role in supporting our growing team at our Norwest office.

About the role

This is a hands-on position where you'll be at the centre of our daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Professional customer service, managing phone enquiries and sample receipt
  • Preparing quotes, reports, and invoices to support projects and expert work
  • Maintaining quality manuals, procedures, and ISO 9001 documentation
  • Assisting with accounts receivable/payable and financial administration
  • Providing general office and team support
  • Coordinating compliance and accreditation activities
About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in administration, ideally in a professional services, legal or consultancy setting
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, reliable work ethic and ability to support multiple consultants
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow
