**About the Opportunity**
The position of **Administrative Support Officer** is responsible for the provision of reception, secretarial and administrative support essential to the effective functioning of the District Manager Community MHDA, MHDA Governance Manager, MHDA Manager Strategic Innovation and Planning and MHDA Business Manager.
**As the Administrative Support Officer, you will**:
- Provide confidential administrative support to coordinate all correspondence
- Maintain and monitor paper-based and electronic records management and tracking systems
- Provide executive level administration support (diary management, recruitment, travel, timesheet preparation, drafting meeting minutes etc.) for the District Manager Community MHDA, MHDA Governance Manager, MHDA Manager Strategic Innovation and Planning and MHDA Business Manager
- Undertake research to obtain relevant information on matters requiring attention and/or in preparation for meetings

**About You**
- Prior experience providing administrative support to a high performing senior management team
- Exceptional organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise workload and meet deadlines in an environment of competing demands
- High level communication skills, including well-developed telephone skills, sound negotiation, interpersonal and liaison skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to problem solve, and ability to prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and draft correspondence.
