This proudly Australian-owned building company, located in the Norwest Business Park, seeking a highly organised PA/Administrator to join our team. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same, offering you the opportunity to support the executive team as well as various departments throughout the business:-
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the group
- Coordinate travel, flights, and accommodation bookings
- Assist with company events, including monthly lunches and end-of-year functions
- Oversee and organise the reception area to ensure consistent coverage
- Support the interview process for reception and other office roles
- Manage and update the company flow chart, ensuring accurate distribution
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and distribute in a timely manner
- Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as required
About You:
- Professional, discreet, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong emotional intelligence, maturity, and the ability to gain respect across the company
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication
- Previous experience in a similar role
