About the role

We're on the hunt for a motivated Sales Administrator to join our Investor Relations team in Norwest. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly — from supporting our sales executives to ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience every step of the way.

You'll play a key role in client communication, sales administration, and team support, making sure no detail is overlooked. If you're ready to take ownership, grow your career, and be part of a collaborative, high-performing environment, this is the role for you.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft and send professional communications to prospective clients.
  • Contact clients with recently settled properties.
  • Organise thoughtful settlement gifts for clients.
  • Coordinate referral gift card payments.
  • Support the Investor Relations team with administration and customer service.
  • Contribute to sales meetings and team discussions.
  • Ensure property listings remain up to date in the CRM.
  • Maintain accurate client records and data entry.
  • Assist reception with calls, hospitality, and client enquiries.
  • Manage occasional filing, post office runs, and other ad hoc tasks.

What we're looking for

  • 1–5 years' experience in sales administration or customer service (real estate or sales experience highly regarded).
  • Confident in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Proactive, positive, and flexible team player.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and independently when needed.
