Job Tasks

  • Oversee the service delivery at sites to ensure client requests and expectations are met.
  • Managing an efficient roster of full time, part-time and casual employees.
  • Ensure regular site inspections are conducted and communicated to clients and other interested parties. Resolve any issues identified during the site inspection.
  • Explore and understand clients' needs and use consultative skills to develop and present relevant solutions to ensure effective client and account management.
  • Ensure the level of service meets clients' expectations and the required operating profit is achieved.
  • Assist in documentation relevant to site management e.g. procedures, SWMS, risk assessments, terminations, duty schedules and timesheets.

Skills and Experience:

  • Current WA driver's licence.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cleaning and management.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work outside regular business hours.
