Senior Project Manager

Our positive growth journey continues and we're looking for an experienced and proven Senior Project Manager to join our team to deliver integrated digital projects across a number of platforms.

The role sees you working across a variety of digital products and experiences alongside a highly talented team of strategists, creatives, UX designers, developers and marketers.

You'll be instrumental in honing that talent to produce the outcomes our clients are looking for. At the same time you are the gate keeper for all expectations for the projects that are assigned to you, accountable for the success.

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5 years experience project managing digital products, including websites and applications, preferably within an agency environment.
• Direct experience in delivering projects end to end utilising Waterfall and Agile Management Methodologies as required.
• Experience in managing large project budgets and ability to problem solve and make decisions to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budgets and timelines.
• Great communication skills and experience in delivering a positive customer experience as this role is client facing, whilst understanding how to have honest or challenging conversations. You must set expectations.
• A strong ability to autonomously gather project requirements and document project functional specifications.
• High attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the project are meticulously planned and executed.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome project challenges and obstacles

Nice to haves

• Experience with Jira, it's our preferred way of delivering projects
• A technical background, appreciating what it takes to realise excellent projects based on tech stack and technologies.
• Experience with working within an agency environment
• UX/UI knowledge to have the ability to understand and contribute to discussions around user experience and user interface design principles
• A good understanding of technologies, digital marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
