About the Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing position where you'll manage relationships and deliver high-level financial solutions. You'll work closely with decision-makers, providing clarity and confidence through robust reporting and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client portfolios, including workflow, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and interpret monthly management reports, budgets, and projections.
  • Deliver insights that support business performance and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in management accounting, either in public practice or commercial environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge across management reporting and business taxation (GST, PAYG, FBT, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence with virtual communication tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
  • Must have Australian work rights.
