The HR Project Lead is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of various HR initiated projects and champion robust project management methodology to ensure the successful implementation of organisational wide initiatives. The includes providing advice on workforce design, coordinating and leading transformational change initiatives, applying Human Resource Principles. The role will develop proposals aligning to strategic objectives with clear measures of success and key performance results.

The HR Project Lead will support Executives and Managers by providing expert HR advice and application of industrial instruments in supporting workforce design and change management processes.

Special Conditions

  • The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
  • The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
  • The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL's iEngage program.

Salary

ASO7 - $108,109 - $116,864 per annum.
