Role Overview

As HR Administrator, you'll play an integral role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. A core focus of the role will be supporting job evaluation activities, including coordinating role reviews, preparing accurate documentation, and ensuring alignment with organisational frameworks. Alongside this, you'll provide support across HR operations, from recruitment coordination to onboarding, reporting, and system management.

You are methodical, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail. With prior experience in HR administration or a related function, you're comfortable handling confidential information, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to structured HR processes. You'll thrive in a role that balances task accuracy with stakeholder engagement, particularly around activities such as job evaluations, position documentation, and HR systems management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the job evaluation process, ensuring roles are reviewed and documented consistently
  • Liaise with managers and stakeholders to capture accurate role information and context
  • Draft, maintain, and update position descriptions and related job documentation
  • Provide administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting through HR systems
  • Support recruitment coordination and assist with broader HR projects as required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Previous experience in HR administration or organisational support
  • Familiarity with job evaluations, classification systems, or willingness to learn
  • Strong written and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with HRIS platforms
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
